How It All Started
How It All Started
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. 35 years of boxing gave me discipline, grit, confidence and skill to take on the challenges of life. It changed me and it became my passion. Now I want to impart that passion and how it changed the way I approach fitness, mind conditioning and life in general.
